(Earning) Secure Attachment with Self

This self-assessment resource is intended as a tool for understanding our individual strengths and opportunities for growth related to earning a more secure attachment style with ourselves. Your attachment style in relationships – with others and yourself – might be driven by wounds of anxiety, avoidance, or fear; this is a bias, but it is not a defect or failure. When we honestly reflect on our biased behaviours, we can create space and liberate personal resources for healing attachment wounds (adapted from Fern, 2020 Polysecure: Attachment Trauma, and Consensual Non-Monogamy).

This PDF download is yours to keep and share, in the hopes that this will support ongoing collective wellness and learning amongst our community members.
