Unlearning White Supremacy in our Thoughts and Behaviours

What we think has an impact on how we act. Dr. Tema Okun (2012) describes how some of our most common self-deprecating and discouraging thoughts are actually internalized white supremacy culture. Fortunately, we can unlearn this to better ourselves and our communities.
